As the leader of a global hat and apparel design and manufacturing company, Kailyn is not only committed to great design and craftsmanship, but also to operating her business responsibly, with care for people and the planet.

From a young age, Kailyn has loved nature and been deeply aware of the environmental impact of industrial production. With years of experience in the fashion and headwear industry, she realized the urgent need for more sustainable practices in fashion.
Motivated by this sense of responsibility, she launched ac·green®, a brand focused on eco-friendly blank caps made with recycled materials.
